In today’s New York Times there is a Soapbox on how the recession has affected the yachting industry.   Apparently many of  ”the rich – and formerly rich –  sold many of their boats, creating a glut on the market.”   Supporting and maintaining a luxury yacht requires a lot of money and time which many of use never had and now even those who once had, no longer do.
